When will my order ship?
We will process your order within 1 business day.
How will goods be delivered?
We select the best way to ship orders based on orders size, weight, volume and destination. We may use Australia Post or a specialized freight/courier company or FedEx (for deliveries outside of Australia). We prefer to have goods delivered to a business address. But will deliver to a home address if required. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. A re-delivery charge of $32 will apply should there be no one to sign for the goods.
Please allow 2-10 working days for your orders to arrive for Australian orders.
Please allow 5-20 days for international orders. Delivery dates may vary depending on freight company and customs clearance delays out of UR1 International’s control.

We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of your orders, however please note that delivery times are estimates only.

Faulty or Damaged Product(s)
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact UR1 International to notify of damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receiving their product(s) to organise a return. If contact is made outside of this time, UR1 International reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange or refund.
All goods must be returns with an Returns Authorisation Number (R.A. Number) which can be obtained by either emailing or calling our Customer Care Team, prior to returning or organising the return of any stock. (Contact details listed at the bottom of the page.)
Product(s) returned without an R.A. Number may be rejected.
Evidence through the form of photos or videos may be required prior to UR1 International accepting a return. UR1 International reserves the right to refuse the return of any product(s) if it deems there is insufficient evidence to confirm whether a product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly described.
UR1 International will not accept any responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss or damage suffered by you as a result of damaged, faulty or rejected good, including but not limited to loss of profits.
All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed from the date of UR1 International receiving the stock back.
Customer returns include any returns that are at no fault or UR1 International. This is including but not limited to customer change of mind or a purchasing error through the fault of the customer.

Customers must receive an R.A. Number from UR1 International prior to returning or organising the return of any stock.
The product(s) purchased from UR1 International must be returned at the buyer’s expense. UR1 International reserves the right to offer a reduced refund in the case of product(s) that incur damage, faults or defects during the return process and were not directly caused by UR1 International or its agents.
UR1 International accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or fault to product(s) during the return process whether directly by the customer or by the delivery service in transit.
All product(s) including any packaging, tags, accessories, attachments and fittings purchased from UR1 International must be returned in the same condition that they were originally received by the customer.
Customer returns are not eligible for the refund of any shipping charges to the customer. If the product(s) was sent with free postage, a 10% postage fee of the total order amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customer returns will incur a 10% restocking fee (maximum fee of $150) to cover processing and handling charges incurred by UR1 International.
UR1 International reserves the right to refuse customer returns if any of the above criteria is not met or agreed to.
